Learn to independently design a complete 10-storied residential/commercial RCC building from scratch — including accurate load calculation, full ETABS modelling, seismic analysis (Response Spectrum & Time History), member design, detailing, and foundation design using SAFE.

Perfect for fresh civil engineers, site engineers, structural designers, and anyone preparing for real projects or consultancy jobs.

Syllabus

Module 1 (1 Hr)

Introduction to structural Design (Stress, Strain, Mechanical properties of material, Stiffness, Indeterminate Structures, Load path, Moment of Inertial, CG & CR, SFD & BMD etc.

Module 2 (5 Hr)

• Vertical Load (DL & LL) Calculation for software (ETABS & Staad Pro) including serviceability (Deflection) 
• Lateral Load Calculation for software (ETABS & Staad Pro) including serviceability (Deflection, Drift, P-Δ, Building irregularity etc.)
• Load Combinations 

Module 3 (8 Hr)

Modelling 10 Storied RCC Building using ETABS (Static & Dynamic Analysis)

Module 4 (3 Hr)

Check Serviceability & Design Output of Different RCC Members (Column, Beam, Slab, Shear Wall etc.) in ETABS

Module 5 (3 Hr)

Seismic Design & Detailing for RCC Building (SMRF, IMRF)

Module 6 (5 Hr)

• Bearing Capacity & Settlement Calculation of Shallow Foundation
• Soil Capacity & Settlement for Deep Foundation
• Different types of Foundation Design using SAFE

Entry Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (or final-year students)
• Basic knowledge of RCC design theory
• Laptop with ETABS 2018+ and SAFE installed
