Course Overview

To provide a foundational understanding of ERP ecosystems and implementation phases. Objectives include mastering project scoping, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and analyzing real-world success/failure factors.

Tentative Syllebus:

  1. ERP Fundamentals & Hands-on Intro: Evolution, market tiers (Odoo, SAP, Oracle), and a structured hands-on session exploring an ERP sandbox.
  2. Requirement Gathering & Client Communication: Basics of interviewing stakeholders and documenting business requirements.
  3. Business Process Mapping: Real case-based exercise on mapping "As-Is" vs. "To-Be" processes.
  4. Implementation Methodologies & Gap Analysis: Waterfall vs. Agile; identifying gaps between standard software and business needs.
  5. Project Governance & Risk: Roles of core teams, and a critical look at Real ERP Failure Case Examples for practical understanding.

Duration : 14–20 Hours

Mode of Delivery : Blended (In-person Workshops + Online Theory)

Weekends (Friday/Saturday) or Evening Sessions.

Assesment Criteria : 

  • Attendance & Participation: 20%
  • Mid-course Quiz: 20%
  • Case Study / Project Charter Draft: 40%
